Great book! I took a lot away from this book and am practicing much of the material that is mentioned each and everyday.
I discovered lots of insights in this book as well as practical exercises. It's an easy read yet the author holds your attention. After reading it you should be able to identify the things and people who we allow to own us and how to break free from being owned by anyone or anything except yourself. I highly recommend it .
